Trizbort 1.7.1 Released

Trizbort 1.7.1 is a small update that removed dependency on DotNetBar.  This is good in general, but should move us closer to a version that will run cross-platform.

I've gotten reports that Trizbort now runs under Wine in Linux, though if there are still any issues, please let me know.
